Cocktail Class – A Night in New Orleans

February 7th, 2024

06:00PM - 08:00PM

Mardi Gras is upon us!

Bryan Paiement, author of three cocktail books and a team member here at Ginger and Baker,  will lead the class in exploring the history and mixology behind three fabled cocktails of New Orleans. You’ll create each of these cocktails and enjoy small bites created by our culinary team to complement each drink.

What We’re Making/Sampling:

  • Hurricane – a sweet, tropical and tart way to start your evening – light and dark rum combined with a variety of fruit flavors – Paired with Mini Cajun Crab Cakes w/Remoulade.
  • Sazerac – the official cocktail of New Orleans, it’s a whiskey-licious combination of cognac, rye and various bitters – Paired with Sausage & Dirty Rice Croquettes
  • Ramos Gin Fizz – this New Orleans brunch staple brings together gin, cream, fresh citrus and soda – The original fizzy lifting drink! Paired with Lemon Meringue Pie Bites.

  • Hands-on instruction from Bryan Paiement
  • Enjoy your cocktails and small bites during class.
  • A take-home recipe packet with all the cocktails recipes from class.
