Cast Iron Pizzas

Who doesn’t love a great pizza? Tonight we’ll take pizza creation to another level.  Join us in the Ginger and Baker Teaching Kitchen as you learn all the ins and outs of making a delicious pizza. From crispy, chewy crust to learning two fast sauce options, you can’t go wrong with this class. Plus, learn how to create a gorgeous salad to go with your pizza and a delicious lemon posset for dessert!

What We’re Making:

  • Seasonal Market Salad w/ Kale and Figs
  • Pizza Dough
  • Classic Tomato Sauce with mozzarella, parmesan, fresh basil and prosciutto (sauce can be used for pasta too)
  • Creamy Garlic White Sauce with shredded chicken breast, roasted garlic and feta (sauce can be used for pasta too)
  • Lemon Posset

Take-Aways:

  • Hands on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • Recipe packet full of all the recipes from class to take home
  • Time to eat and enjoy all the delicious food you’ve cooked at the end of class
