Just about anything that’s grown at our Fort Collins farm can make its way onto our cocktail menu thanks to our talented mixologists. This season, that means honey from the hives, aromatic herbs and spring fruit & vegetables. That homegrown bounty is paired with local and classic spirits to create our seasonal, ingredient-driven cocktails.
For our small plates, think nachos with local lamb chorizo, pork carnitas sliders on a house baked brioche bun, house-made hummus with pickled seasonal veggies or succulent duck wings in a sweet or savory sauce.
