Just about anything that’s grown at our Fort Collins farm can make its way onto our cocktail menu thanks to our talented mixologists. This winter, that means honey from the hives, aromatic herbs and winter fruit & vegetables. That homegrown bounty is paired with local and classic spirits to create our seasonal, ingredient-driven cocktails.
Right now, savor the smoke and spice of mezcal, bourbon, butternut and chilies, or try a new take on a sidecar with scotch, cognac and preserved blueberry. Or, it might be peach-infused bourbon with honeycomb and orange bitters.
