Ruth grew up in a tiny town in eastern Wyoming called Buffalo, a place where her family has lived for five generations. Her strong background in financial services comes from spending years working in the banking, legal and bookkeeping industries. A self-described “bookkeeping nerd,” Ruth loves expanding her accounting and bookkeeping knowledge, solving puzzles, and finding solutions.
When the position opened up at Ginger and Baker, Ruth jumped right in. “I really enjoy the historical aspect of the project and how passionate everyone here is about it,” Ruth said. “It’s a pretty exciting new place!”
Ruth’s favorite pie? “Well, I can’t have sugar, dairy or grain, but if I could, it would be a good apple crumble.” (Note: our bakers are working on a dairy, gluten and sugar-free apple crumble, because everyone needs pie!)
When not keeping the books balanced and the rest of us in order, Ruth likes to spend time with her husband, Martin, hiking, doing yoga and watching football.Back To Team
