TK: Xi’An Biang Biang Noodles

Grab a date, bring a friend or make new friends here in the Teaching Kitchen as we spend an evening in Xi’An! We’ll be creating some of the most famous foods from this Northeastern Chinese city, including hand-pulled noodles with cumin lamb!

What We’re Cooking:

• Spicy Cucumber Salad
• Biang Biang Noodles with Cumin Lamb
• Tangyuan with Sesame Filling

Take-Aways:

• Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
• A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
• Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
