TK: Plant-Based Indian

Join us for Veganuary in the Teaching Kitchen, as we enjoy delicious plant-based meals from around the world! 

What We’re Cooking:

  • Garlic Naan
  • Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower and Potato Curry) with Lemon Rice
  • Carrot Kheer (Carrot, Coconut, and Cashew Pudding)

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
