TK: Fish and Chips

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen as we learn to prepare fish and chips the British way! Bring a friend or make new ones here in the TK as we learn some new skills while creating a meal we can all sit down and enjoy together. 

What We’re Cooking: 

• Battered Fried Cod Fillets
• Thick Cut Fries
• Tartar Sauce
• Minted Peas with Lemon Zest
• Fresh Berry Trifle

Take-Aways:

• Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
• A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
• Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
