Spanish Tapas

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for an evening of creating delicious Spanish tapas! These recipes are perfect for entertaining.
What We’re Cooking:
- Ajo Blanco (White Gazpacho)
- Pan con Tomate y Almejas (Rich tomato and clam dip with toasted housemade sourdough)
- Garlic Shrimp
- Grilled Pork Skewers
- Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream
Take-Aways:
- Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
- A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
- Enjoy a light snack of the items you cooked at the end of class and takeaway your leftovers.
