TK: Scallops and Risotto

Bring a date, grab a friend, or come as you are and join us in the Teaching Kitchen for any evening of delicious cooking and skill building. This is one of our favorite menus for entertaining, and it’s gluten free!

What We’re Cooking:

  • Pan-Seared Scallops with Beurre Blanc
  • Mushroom Risotto
  • Apple Dijon Creamed Kale
  • Pear and Almond Cake

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.

One ticket per person attending.
