That perfect steak… the sizzling sear… join us as we learn the science behind how to cook that steak to the perfect temperature. Bring your date or grab a friend and master the art of cooking a great steak. 

What We’re Cooking:

  • Butternut, Fig and Goat Cheese Salad
  • Seared Beef Tenderloin w/The Cache Horseradish Sauce
  • Roasted Herbed Fingerling Potatoes
  • Tarte Tatin (French Apple Tart)

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
