Pasta from Scratch: Orecchiette alla Vodka

Join us for a fun night out in the Teaching Kitchen and learn how to cook pasta from scratch! Our take on this viral dish features hand-shaped orecchiette noodles and a creamy homemade sauce, and is served with chicken Caesar salad and a tart lemon mousse for dessert.
