About Alisha:

Alisha is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing practitioner with over seven years of experience teaching in Fort Collins. She is currently deepening her practice through Om Ananda’s 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Alisha first turned to yoga to navigate her own experiences with burnout and stress—and now assists others towards balance and ease through her beginner friendly yoga classes. Her teachings are rooted in the power of breath and functional movement to restore both body and mind. When she’s not guiding group classes, Alisha supports individuals one-on-one as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She also finds joy and balance in the simple, sacred moments shared with her son.
