Mediterranean Small Plates

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a morning in the Mediterranean. Bring a  friend or make new ones here in the TK as we  learn some new skills while creating a fresh, colorful meal we can all sit down and enjoy together!

What We’re Cooking: 

  • Citrus-Marinated Olives
  • Tabbouleh Salad with Halloumi
  • Red Beet Hummus with Flatbread
  • Roasted Eggplant and Zucchini with Tahini Sauce
  • Marinated Beef Souvlaki Skewers

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
