Let’s get summer started! Calling all junior chefs: Join us in the Teaching Kitchen as we learn how to make dim sum! We’ll fill and cook crab rangoons, chicken dumplings, and veggie egg rolls and build strawberry shortcake parfaits for dessert!
This class is geared for ages 8-12 years old.

A parent or guardian must be present at drop off to sign a waiver and emergency contact form, parent/guardian must be available and close by throughout the duration of class in case of emergency. Children must be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of class. After 15 minutes the parent/guardian on file will be contacted and Ginger and Baker reserves the right to charge a $1 per minute for late pickup after the 15-minute grace period. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate but may not be able to change certain menu items. We request that participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothes they don’t mind getting a little messy.
