TK: Japanese Street Food

Grab a date, bring a friend or make new friends here in the Teaching Kitchen as we spend an evening in Tokyo! We’ll be creating some of the most famous street food in Japan, and featuring wagyu beef from our friends at Little Cranberry Ranch!

What We’re Cooking:

  • Cucumber and Seaweed Salad
  • Chicken Yakisoba Noodles
  • Menchi Katsu (Panko-Breaded Wagyu Beef and Pork Patties)
  • Ningyo-Yaki (Sweet Red Bean Waffles)

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
