TK: Gluten Free Autumn Baking

Gluten free baking isn’t what it used to be! Join us in the Teaching Kitchen as we uncover the tricks to recreating some classic baked goods without gluten and without sacrificing taste or texture! Bring a friend or meet some new ones here for a morning of baking magic! 

**We are not a gluten-free facility and cannot guarantee that there will be no risk of cross contamination. While we will do everything we can to ensure a gluten-free space for this class, we do use the same tools and area to produce our gluten-full goodies as well.

What We’re Cooking: 

  • Rosemary Parmesan Buttermilk Biscuits
  • Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing
  • Fig Frangipane Bars

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
  • Enjoy the items you cooked at the end of class
