Garden Abundance: Zucchini!

Looking for delicious ways to use up all the zucchini from your garden or the farmer’s market this year? Join us in the TK for a class focusing on creative, mouthwatering, zucchini-based recipes, as well as tips for preserving to enjoy later in the year!

What We’re Cooking:

  • Zucchini Fritters with Creamy Dill Sauce
  • Lemon Ricotta Zucchini Tart
  • Zucchini Pickles
  • Brown Butter Zucchini Oatmeal Cookies (because why stop at zucchini bread?)

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
  • A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class
