What We’re Cooking:
- French Onion & Chèvre Tart
- Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Stew with Red Wine)
- Celery Root Purée
- Chocolate Satin Mousse
Take-Aways:
- Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
- A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
