Spend the morning at Ginger’s Farm with Lisa Steele, author of In Season, and the popular blog Fresh Eggs Daily. Learn all about raising chickens, growing fresh produce, cooking seasonally and so much more! 

Take part in a lively Q&A, sample delicious snacks from In Season, tour Ginger’s gardens and meet “the girls,” Ginger’s own flock of chickens. You’ll also have a chance to browse chicken raising supplies from Northern Colorado Feeder’s Supply.

Dubbed “Queen of the Coop” by the media, 5th generation chicken keeping expert, cookbook author, and Maine Master Gardener Lisa Steele is the creator of the popular backyard poultry brand Fresh Eggs Daily®. She has been sharing time-tested advice on raising backyard flocks, as well as recipes using eggs fresh from her coop and produce fresh from her gardens, for nearly 20 years.
