Crab Cakes Benedict

Join us in the TK for Sunday Brunch! We’ll be creating the perfect summer brunch menu for entertaining, or just enjoying a special morning in. Learn how to whip up a batch of fab crab cakes, poach a perfect egg, master the art of hollandaise sauce and pair them with one of our favorite summer salads and melt-in-your-mouth lemony scones, all while cooking with friends old and new!
What we’re cooking:
- Crab Cakes Benedict (our “go-to” crab cakes, perfect poached eggs and fool-proof hollandaise)
- Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Candied Cacao Nibs
- Lemon Poppy Seed Scones

- A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
