Charcuterie Boards and Wine Pairings with MouCo Cheese

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for an evening of wine and cheese! Bring a  friend or make new ones here in the TK as we learn to create a beautiful charcuterie board and how to pair the perfect wines with your spread. We will be joined by Joi Larson from MouCo Cheese to tell us all about their story and cheeses, and will enjoy wine pairings curated by our Beverage Director and Manager of The Cache, Christian McClure, a certified sommelier.

What We’re Making/Learning: 

  • Building a Great Charcuterie Board (featuring MouCo Cheeses)
  • Pairing Wine and Cheese

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
