Canning and Preserving

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen as we learn the basics of hot water bath canning so that you can preserve the best of the season’s produce to enjoy year-round! These recipes include tips to substitute ingredients that you have on hand.

What We’re Cooking:

  • Fiery Roasted Salsa (Red or Green)
  • Pickled Vegetables
  • Mixed Berry Jam

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
  • A jar of each canned good to take home and enjoy!
