In this installment, we’ll be making two simple, but impressive classics: Garden Focaccia topped with fresh vegetables and herbs, and a Challah loaf (yes, with the braiding!). These recipes can easily be adapted in your own kitchen to create so many fun variations and shapes that you can enjoy throughout the year. Amber will take you through the whole process from accurate measuring to adapting recipes for altitude and how to ensure the perfect proof and bake.
