We’ve asked which pie you would like to learn anddddddd Bourbon Butterscotch Pie is it! Come on in and create fun memories, learn to bake and of course, torch your meringue for the perfect toasty topping.

What We’re Cooking:

  • Bourbon Butterscotch Pie (Graham Cracker Crust, Butterscotch Pastry Cream, Toasted Bourbon Swiss Meringue)
  • Rosemary Pine Nut Cookies

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor.
  • Enjoy the items you cooked at the end of class.
  • A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
  • A Teaching Kitchen Assistant will be available throughout class to take any orders form the Cafe menu (eat lunch, while making dessert).
