Get ready for Cinco de Mayo in the Teaching Kitchen with an evening on the Baja California Sur! Bring a friend or make new ones here in the TK as we learn some great skills while creating a meal we can all sit down and enjoy together.
What We’re Cooking:
- Beef Birria
- Chicken Tortilla Soup
- Churros and Caramel Sauce
Take-Aways:
- Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
- A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
- Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
