TK: A Night in Brazil

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a night in Rio! Learn to cook some of the best of Brazilian cuisine, starting with a refreshing salad with a lime vinaigrette, cheesy chicken croquettes, a decadent shrimp main served over rice, and finish the night with some rich chocolate brigadeiros.

• Hearts of Palm Salad
• Coxinhas (Spiced Chicken Croquettes)
• Shrimp in Coconut Sauce
• Brigadeiros (Brazilian Chocolate Truffles)
