The Mill Top
Join us in a place steeped in Fort Collins’ history. Once, this second story loft was a maze of pulleys, catwalks and grain bins: the ‘nerve center” of our historic mill. Today, there’s room to spare in this fully restored and matchless space, where century-old brick walls, hand-hewn beams and a soaring pitched roofline bring this airy and inviting room to life.
Through antique glass doors, the Mill Top opens up to even more possibility with the second story Rooftop Bar and it’s breathtaking River District views. Expand your space and treat your guests to a private open-air rooftop sparkling with bistro lights and the warmth of a crackling fire.
The Wine Cellar
While excavating the dark depths of the old mill, we uncovered a one-of-a-kind jewel: The Wine Cellar, a beautiful, intimate space where 100-year old stone walls and sturdy old-growth beams are now home to a curated inventory of fine Old and New World wines. This unique, intimate hideaway is made for extraordinary dining and events.
