Pasta from Scratch: Cavatelli with Pistachio Pesto

Join us for a fun night out in the Teaching Kitchen and learn how to cook pasta from scratch!  This fresh, summery take on an Italian classic will surely become a new family favorite. Paired with a bright salad and delicious dessert, it’s a great way to learn new skills to bring home – straight from our kitchen table to yours. 

What We’re Cooking:

  • Seasonal Market Salad
  • Lemon Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini
  • Handmade Pasta Dough
  • Cavatelli with Pistachio Pesto, Sundried Tomatoes, and Italian Sausage
  • Tiramisu Mousse

Take-aways:

  • Hands-on instruction from a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
