The Crown Vic
1 (12oz.) bottle Framboise (raspberry lambic beer)
1 ½ oz vodka
½ oz white port
¾ oz mint-infused limoncello
½ oz lemon juice
mint leaves, for garnish
Pour Framboise into ice cube molds or an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
When frozen, remove from tray and add one or two cubes to a rocks glass. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, port, limoncello and lemon juice with ice. Shake and strain over ice cube(s) and top with prosecco. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
