Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jeff’s interest in resort/hotel and restaurant management was sparked when his family moved to a big resort area in Wisconsin during his high school years.
From there, Jeff spent many years developing broad expertise in culinary and food and beverage resort operations, including many independent historic resorts throughout the North East, West and Pacific Northwest. A true hands-on leader, Jeff has helped guide many of his teams to achieve Forbes/AAA, Four/Five Diamond/Star standards.
“I’m excited to join the team here at Ginger and Baker,” Jeff said. There’s a strong supportive culture, great people and the work is challenging, which requires me to continue to grow with the business.”
Jeff has been married to his wife, Nancy, for more than 30 years (they met when both were working at a resort), and their daughter, Cassandra, has followed in her parent’s footsteps, working at a resort in Deer Valley in Park City Utah.
