DESCRIPTION:Join us in The Teaching Kitchen as we learn the art of bread making! In this installment\, we’ll be exploring three flatbreads from around the world: Lebanese Za’atar Manakish\, Shanghainese Cong You Bing\, and Swedish Tunnbröd. These recipes can easily be adapted in your own kitchen to create so many fun variations that you can enjoy throughout the year.  \nWhat we’re baking: \n\nZa’atar Manakish (Soft Flatbreads with Herb Oil)\nCong You Bing (Scallion Pancakes)\nTunnbröd (Fennel and Rye Flatbread)\n\nTake-aways \n\nHands-on instruction from a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor.\nA recipe packet with all the menu items from class.\nEnjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.\n\nPolicies \n\nTeaching Kitchen Class and In-House Event tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule up to one week before your booked event\, please contact us to transfer your ticket to a different event. Within one week of your class\, we can only offer a transfer if we are able to re-sell the tickets\, as product has already been purchased.  In the case of emergency\, please contact us at (970) 286-0503 or teachingkitchen@gingerandbaker.com and we will do our best to accommodate.\nIf you would like to transfer your tickets to a different guest\, please forward your email confirmation to them and ensure they check in with the name and email address used to purchase the tickets.\nWe reserve the right to cancel due to low attendance\, inclement weather\, or emergency. Teagan will bring her great energy and creativity and take a free professional photo of your pup (and you!) wearing fun and festive flower crowns. \nIt’s a free event\, but we’ll be collecting donations for our friends at Animal Friends Alliance.
