DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an in-depth\, multi-course dining experience at our Chef’s Table in the Teaching Kitchen! \nEach month\, we gather in the relaxed atmosphere in the TK and watch as G&B chefs prepare a five-course meal showcasing all the amazing ingredients available here in Northern Colorado. Throughout the evening\, the chefs will talk about each course\, demonstrate techniques and offer tastings. Somm wine pairings can also be added to your meal. \nJune’s Scandinavian menu was created by Chef Jason Adams\, G&B’s Purchasing Manager\, who knows where all the great local ingredients can be found. His menu showcases Hazel Dell Mushrooms\, Pleasant Valley Lamb\, veggies from Well Fed Farmstead & Strohauer Farms\, Morning Fresh Dairy\, Wisdom’s Natural Poultry\, Forevergreen Farm Microgreens and fresh herbs and honey from Ginger’s Farm. \nThere are just 20 seats available\, and it’s been a fun\, sold-out event every month since we launched. There is one chef and one assistant per class\, approximately an 8:1 ratio for supervision. Adults are permitted to accompany their children for additional supervision\, but each guest must have a ticket\, as space is limited.\nA parent or guardian must be present at drop-off to sign a waiver and emergency contact form. Children must be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of class. After 15 minutes the parent/guardian on file will be contacted and Ginger and Baker reserves the right to charge $1 per minute for late pickup after the 15-minute grace period.

Our sommelier\, Christian McClure\, will guide you through a some wines that are perfect for the summer months–crisp\, cold\, refreshing\, and easy drinking! DESCRIPTION:Join us in the Milltop at Ginger and Baker for a Dungeons and Dragons One-Shot Night! More details about this campaign coming soon! \nThis beautifully restored room is  part of the original historic mill and is the perfect setting to meet a new adventuring party\, enjoy a themed beverage\, and leave your fate to the dice! \nGame play will begin at promptly 6pm\, but please arrive no later than 5:30 in order to check in\, meet your party\, and order food and drinks before the adventure starts. \n \nYour ticket price includes: \n\nA spot at one of five tables\, each party will be comprised of 6 players and run by an experienced DM.\nA choice of one pre-designed character sheet. Players will choose their characters with their party upon arrival.\nOne drink ticket\, to be used for a themed cocktail curated by our expert mixologists (mocktail version available)\, beer\, or wine. Additional beverages\, happy hour\, and dinner menu will be available all night.\n\n  \nOne ticket per person attending. If you would like to play at the same table as another guest\, please notate that in the space provided when purchasing your ticket. Previous D&D experience is recommended\, but not required. This will be a Level 4 campaign. All characters are pre-made\, changes to the character sheets provided may be approved at the discretion of your DM.
