Throughout the evening the chefs will talk about each course\, demonstrate techniques and offer tastings. Somm wine pairings can also be added to your meal. \nThe month\, we’re excited to welcome guest chef James Cordova\, Chef de Cuisine at Jovanina’s Broken Italian in Denver. Chef Cordova will be partnering with Chef Zach Heller\, G&B’s multi-talented Teaching Kitchen Chef/Instructor. The chefs will be offering a fresh take on Italian favorites featuring Colorado beef\, pork and striped bass paired with early spring vegetables from the farmer’s market.  We can’t wait to see what these chefs cook up! \nThere are just 20 seats available\, and it’s been a fun\, sold-out event every month since we launched.
