DESCRIPTION:Bring a friend\, or make new ones here in the Teaching Kitchen as we learn the secrets behind G&B’s famous pies! In this class\, you’ll learn all the tricks to making the perfect flaky and tender pie crust\, cherry and coconut cream fillings\, and we’ll make some coconut macaroons while the pies bake! Each guest will get to take home their own 5″ pie masterpieces to share (or not!). \n\n\nThere will be a server in the room if you’d like to order snacks and drinks to enjoy while we bake!\n\nWhat We’re Cooking: \n\nG&B’s Traditional Pie Dough\nQuadruple Coconut Cream Pie (our all-time favorite!)\nCherry Pie\nCoconut Macaroons\n\nTake-Aways: \n\nHands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor\nTake home the items you baked at the end of class\nA take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class\n\nPolicies \n\nTeaching Kitchen Class and In-House Event tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule up to one week before your booked event\, please contact us to transfer your ticket to a different event. Within one week of your class\, we can only offer a transfer if we are able to re-sell the tickets\, as product has already been purchased.  In the case of emergency\, please contact us at (970) 286-0503 or teachingkitchen@gingerandbaker.com and we will do our best to accommodate.\nIf you would like to transfer your tickets to a different guest\, please forward your email confirmation to them and ensure they check in with the name and email address used to purchase the tickets.\nWe reserve the right to cancel due to low attendance\, inclement weather\, or emergency. We will notify all participants by email at least 24 hours prior to the event to let you know of cancellations\, and you will have the option to be refunded to the original payment method\, or to apply your ticket price to another class or event.\nPlease let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate but may not be able to change certain menu items.\nWe request that participants wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes\, hair pulled back\, and clothes they don’t mind getting a little messy.  If you wish to sit with a certain person or group\, please note the names of your other party members in the appropriate field at checkout. Guests will be seated in groups of 4-6\, parties will be combined. We cannot accommodate requests to work in groups of less than 4.\nA server will be available in the room to order food and drinks from our Café menu. For guests 21+ with proper photo ID\, drinks are available during class from our Café bar.\nThis class is intended for adults\, ages 18+. Guests aged 14-18 may be admitted if accompanied by an adult and with permission from the Teaching Kitchen Coordinator to if the class is appropriate for participants under 18.

SUMMARY:Rooftop: 2nd Annual Louisiana Crawfish Boil
DESCRIPTION:Come on up to the Rooftop at Ginger and Baker for our second annual Louisiana-style crawfish boil\, featuring traditional New Orleans jazz music from the Poudre River Irregulars and festive drink specials! \nOur chefs will be cooking up big pots of crawfish\, shrimp\, sausage\, corn and potatoes along with plenty of butter for dipping. One the side:  G&B sourdough\, coleslaw\, and our favorite Pie Bites for dessert. It’s going to be so much fun! \n \nMenu: \n\nSeafood Boil – crawfish\, shrimp\, andouille\, corn on the cob\, potatoes\nAll the Melted Butter\nFresh-baked G&B Sourdough\nHousemade Coleslaw\nG&B Pie Bites: Lemon Meringue or Quadruple Coconut Cream\n\n  \n**Seating will be community-style and first-come\, first-served. Please indicate in your reservation of you would like to be seated with any other guests in particular\, but know that small parties will be sharing tables with other guests. \n**Your ticket includes two beverage tickets.
