SUMMARY:TK: Scandinavian Baking
DESCRIPTION:Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a cozy baking class featuring some of the most famous Scandinavian recipes! This class will feature many different baking techniques and will introduce you to the Scandinavian version of a cinnamon roll\, a light and fluffy Swedish celebration cake topped with rich egg cream and coconut flakes\, and Danish raspberry bars.  \nWhat we’re cooking: \n\nCardamom Buns\nSilvia Cake\nRaspberry Squares\n\nTake-aways \n\nHands-on instruction from a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor.\nA recipe packet with all the menu items from class.\nEnjoy the items you cooked at the end of class.\n\nPolicies \n\nTeaching Kitchen Class and In-House Event tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule up to one week before your booked event\, please contact us to transfer your ticket to a different event. Within one week of your class\, we can only offer a transfer if we are able to re-sell the tickets\, as product has already been purchased.  In the case of emergency\, please contact us at (970) 286-0503 or teachingkitchen@gingerandbaker.com and we will do our best to accommodate.\nIf you would like to transfer your tickets to a different guest\, please forward your email confirmation to them and ensure they check in with the name and email address used to purchase the tickets.\nWe reserve the right to cancel due to low attendance\, inclement weather\, or emergency. We will notify all participants by email at least 24 hours prior to the event to let you know of cancellations\, and you will have the option to be refunded to the original payment method\, or to apply your ticket price to another class or event.\nPlease let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate but may not be able to change certain menu items.\nWe request that participants wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes\, hair pulled back\, and clothes they don’t mind getting a little messy.  If you wish to sit with a certain person or group\, please note the names of your other party members in the appropriate field at checkout. Guests will be seated in groups of 4-6\, parties will be combined. We cannot accommodate requests to work in groups of less than 4.\nA server will be available in the room to order food and drinks from our Café menu. For guests 21+ with proper photo ID\, drinks are available during class from our Café bar.\nThis class is intended for adults\, ages 18+. Guests aged 14-18 may be admitted if accompanied by an adult and with permission from the Teaching Kitchen Coordinator to if the class is appropriate for participants under 18.

DESCRIPTION:Join Bryan Paiement\, published author\, golf enthusiast and bartender in The Cache for a Masters Golf Tournament watch party and cocktail class! The Teaching Kitchen  will become the 19th hole clubhouse as we mix three delicious cocktails while watching the competition. Guests will make the ‘Augusta on My Mind\,’ the ‘Azalea\,’ and a ‘Bourbon Blackberry Sour’ to finish\, while enjoying small bites from our chefs!\nWhat We’re Making: \n\nAugusta on My Mind with mini chicken and waffles\nAzalea (the official drink of The Masters) with mini pimento cheese sandwiches\nBourbon Blackberry Sour with chocolate explosion pie bites\n\nTake-Aways: \n\nHands-on instruction by Bryan Paiement\nEnjoy making and drinking three cocktails\, paired with three small bites\nA take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class\n\n*** Note\, a Teaching Kitchen Assistant will be available throughout class to take any drink or food orders from the Café menu. \n  \nPolicies \n\nTeaching Kitchen Class and In-House Event tickets are non-refundable.
