DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an in-depth\, multi-course dining experience at our Chef’s Table in the Teaching Kitchen! \nEach month\, we gather in the relaxed atmosphere in the “TK” and watch as G&B chefs prepare a five-course meal showcasing all the amazing ingredients available here in Northern Colorado. Throughout the evening\, the chefs will talk about each course\, demonstrate techniques and offer tastings. Somm wine pairings can also be added to your meal. \nThere are just 20 seats available\, and it’s been a fun\, sold-out event every month since we launched. We hope you can join us for an evening at the Chef’s Table! \nFebruary’s Menu\nPuerto Rican Vegan\namuse\nEmpanadillos\nfried puff pastry filled with black beans\,\npotatoes and sofritos \nfirst\nArroz con Gandules\nslow-simmered pigeon peas\, jasmine rice\, roma tomatoes\,\nsofritos\, sazón\, cilantro\, fried garlic (gf) \nsecond\nMofongo\nfried plantain bowl filled with seasoned jackfruit and\nvegetables topped with mojo criollo (gf) \nthird\nPasteles\nroot vegetable tamales steamed in banana leaves\nwith a filling ofrichly spiced soy crumbles\,\npimento-stuffed olives and garbanzo beans (gf) \ndessert\nDonas\nfresh donuts with coquito (coconut rum) ganache\nand passion fruit caramel (gf) \nFebruary’s Chefs\n \nLucien DeJule\, Cafe Sous Chef \n \nMiranda Guettlein\, Teaching Kitchen Coordinator \nPolicies \n\nTeaching Kitchen Class and In-House Event tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule up to one week before your booked event\, please contact us to transfer your ticket to a different event. Within one week of your class\, we can only offer a transfer if we are able to re-sell the tickets\, as product has already been purchased.  In the case of emergency\, please contact us at (970) 286-0503 or teachingkitchen@gingerandbaker.com and we will do our best to accommodate.\nIf you would like to transfer your tickets to a different guest\, please forward your email confirmation to them and ensure they check in with the name and email address used to purchase the tickets.\nWe reserve the right to cancel due to low attendance\, inclement weather\, or emergency. We will notify all participants by email at least 24 hours prior to the event to let you know of cancellations\, and you will have the option to be refunded to the original payment method\, or to apply your ticket price to another class or event.\nThis event is intended for adults\, ages 18+.
