After Jon Schlegel founded Snooze an A.M Eatery in Denver, he moved on to fulfilling is dream of living abroad. Jon and his wife, Megan, relocated to Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont, Italy with their son in 2013, settling on the Ginestra hill and purchasing their own small Barolo vineyard.
In Italy, Jon spent his days working and learning the vineyards and wineries from producers whose families have been making wine in the region for generations.After returning to Denver, Jon wanted to bring a piece of Italy back with him to share with Colorado. So Attimo, which translates to “moment” in Italian, was born.
Enjoy a sampling of some of the best of Attimo’s wines paired with an exceptional coursed menu created by Ginger and Baker’s culinary team. Vintner Jon Schlegel will be on hand to provide insight on each of the wines we’ll be tasting.
Tickets are $200.00 per person and include tax and gratuity. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable. Must be 21+ to attend.
