It’s the most delicious time of the year! In this class, we’ll use some of the tastiest, unrefined ingredients to create desserts, bites, and sips that will truly wow your guests. Plus, no refined flours or sugars mean that you can forget about any holiday guilt that comes with indulging in the sweets of the season.

Instructor Kate Kayne is the owner of Grazing Kayne—a local Fort Collins business that’s focused on helping people achieve vibrant health through local, whole, and of course tasty, food. She is a Certified Natural Chef and attended Bauman College in Berkeley, CA for her training. The daughter of a professional cake decorator, baking and cooking is in Kate’s blood. But, when the foods she loved suddenly were causing health issues, she combined her love of the kitchen with her passion for health to make eating well not just appealing, but irresistible. She loves experimenting in the kitchen and sharing her knowledge with anyone who’s interested in the power of food to improve their life.
