One of our favorite and most popular classes is back to the Teaching Kitchen, but this time with a twist that’s sure to make any veggie-lover’s dreams come true. This class would like to introduce you to the tradition of tamale making, while showing you fun, delicious, and easy ways to make this a tradition of your own (if it’s not already!) Together with your classmates you’ll learn some fantastic all-veggie recipes that you can create again at home, and you will work together to wrap dozens of tamales, which you will also be taking home! This is a great class to take with friends, or make new ones, as you prep, roll, and tie the night away with Chef Deb. Sign up soon, this popular class sells out quickly!
Participants must be 21+ with photo ID. We request that participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Please let us know if you would like to sit with a certain person or group. Registration closes at 5pm the day before the event.
