TK: French Classics – Coq au Vin

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for this fun French cooking night. Bring a partner, grab a friend or make new ones here in the TK as we  learn some great new skills while creating a meal we can all sit down and enjoy together. Tonight’s class pairs Coq au Vin with a crisp salad and Julia Child’s favorite accompaniment: potatoes with plenty of butter and fresh parsley. Plus, cream puffs for dessert!

What We’re Cooking: 

  • French Bistro Salad
  • Coq au Vin – Luscious French Wine-Braised Chicken
  • Parsley Potatoes
  • Profiteroles (pâte à choux)

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
  • A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
  • Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
