Summer Wine Flights

Join us here at Ginger and Baker as we explore a new season and a new flight of wines! This class is lead by Ginger and Baker’s Alex Ettinger, the mastermind behind the selection of wines in both Cafe, Cache, and Wine Cellar. He has curated a selection of 5 wines and a selection of food pairings from our Cache and Bakery that signify and  embrace the changing of the seasons and the warmer weather. With wines that evoke sitting on a porch swing, the perfect pairing for a picnic, and those that are best enjoyed while dining al fresco under a warm summer night sky, you are sure to savor the very best the season as to offer! So come with friends, your favorite date, or your best coworkers and join us in our pursuit of summertime bliss.

Participants must be 21+ with photo ID. Please let us know if you would like to sit with a certain person or group. Registration closes at 5pm the day before the event. While this class does include some light snacking during the class, no full meal is provided. We recommend eating before class or taking advantage of ordering from our full Cafe menu during class.

The cancellation policy for the Teaching Kitchen at Ginger and Baker allows for a full refund within 24 hours of a purchase and a partial refund up to 7 days before your scheduled class. Once within 7 days of your class, we no longer can offer refunds for cancellations, but can happily transfer your registration to a friend or family member designated by you to attend in your place.
