Join Chef Deb as she shows you how to master the art of sourdough. She will take you through the steps of starting the starter, and keeping it going through thick and thin, including going on vacation. You’ll learn how to make a classic sourdough bread, and then enhance your skill set by learning what sourdough can do beyond being “just” a bread. At the end of the course, you will be heading home with your own sourdough creations, and a recipe booklet for recreating your new skills at home.

Supplies to bring: All supplies and materials will be provided by Ginger and Baker.

Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes and consider leaving any hand jewelry at home.
