Sold Out!! Our relationship with Silver Oak runs deep originating with Chef Deb, our Culinary Director. Ray Duncan, the founder of Silver Oak, was a Colorado entrepreneur who loved Chef Deb’s food. She has cooked for the family for many years and introduced them to Ginger and Baker.
The Duncan family farms more than 400 acres of vines in both Napa and Alexander Valleys and are certified under the California’s Sustainable Winegrowing program. We’re appreciative of their support and are excited to work with them to bring a unique five-course wine pairing dinner to the Wine Cellar on Wednesday, March 6. David Duncan, Ray’s son, and the President and CEO of Silver Oak, will be joining us for this special event. Chef Deb and Chef de Cuisine Tucker Creveling are crafting up the perfect pairing menu with dessert by Head Baker Rachel Brickel.
Silver Oak featured wines will include Twomey Sauvignon Blanc, Twomey Pinot Noir, Silver Oak Alexander Valley, Silver Oak Napa Valley and Twomey Merlot.
