Come in to the Teaching Kitchen and see first-hand just how versatile a potato can be. We’ll chop, peel, dice, bake, boil, and blend and by the end of the class, you’ll know the ins and outs of this incredible, cost-effective vegetable. Together, we will prepare four different dishes where the potato is the featured star, and you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some in class, and take the remainder, along with a recipe packet, home to enjoy.
We request that participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Please let us know if you would like to sit with a certain person or group. Registration closes at 5pm the day before the event.
