Kids in the Kitchen – Pie Helpers

Little hands can be great helpers in the kitchen around the holidays! Create special memories and new skills as your kids learn how to be safe, have fun, and help out. In this class, you and your children will learn the basics of a simple pie crust, and have fun mixing, rolling, cutting, and shaping. At the end of the class, you will head home with a pie crust with decorative cut-outs, some filling recipes and ideas, and a warm memory of a happy time in the kitchen – all with directions to recreate the moment at home. This class is appropriate for all ages, but we do ask that all parents plan on staying and engaging with their children for the entire class session.

Supplies to bring: All supplies and materials will be provided by Ginger and Baker.

Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
