GRAND OPENING!
Please join us for GRAND OPENING festivities on Saturday, November 18! Enjoy tastings, giveaways, free mini-classes in the Teaching Kitchen, live music and, of course, pie! We will be open for business as we open for regular business on Monday, November 13.
Since 2015, we’ve been hard a work renovating the old Northern Colorado Feeders Supply building, an historic grain mill that’s been a part of Fort Collins life for over 100 years. Now we can’t wait to welcome the community back in!
Here’s a peek at what’s inside:
Restaurants
- The Café – this casual, family-friendly spot serves up a new take on farm-to-table American classics with breakfast all day, plus lunch and dinner.
- The Cache – A sparkling, intimate dining experience offering the best in Colorado cuisine and a curated list of more than 130 wines. Dinner every day starting at 4 p.m. and brunch on the weekends from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- The Rooftop – right outside The Cache you’ll find an open-air bar complete with TVs, fireplace and views of the River District. Dinner every day starting at 4 p.m. and brunch on the weekends from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Market, Bakery & Coffee Shop
- Fresh-baked pie, pastries and bread, plus private label goods, home décor, and great gifts from local artisans.
The Teaching Kitchen
- Learn something new this fall! Check out our schedule of community classes on cooking, beer and wine tastings, crafting, kid’s stuff, book clubs and more!
The Mill Top & Wine Cellar Event Spaces
- The Mill Top – Discover a one-of-a-kind event space with two-story vaulted ceilings, exposed 100-year-old brick and room to eat, dance and celebrate.
- The Wine Cellar – a secret gem of a place with thick stone walls, hand hewn beams and plenty of new and old world wines.
Come on over for a taste of the good things to come!
