Flatbreads of the World
Join Chef Deb on a culinary trip around the world as we explore and experience making flatbreads from four different regions. In this class, you and other participants will learn how to make focaccia, naan, tortillas, and scallion pancakes, in addition to some of the stories and traditions that surround them. At the end of class, enjoy some of your creations with some delicious pairings and take the rest home with your custom recipe booklet, filled with information on how to recreate the classroom experience at home.
Participants must be 18+ with photo ID. We request that participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Please let us know if you would like to sit with a certain person or group. Registration closes at 5pm the day before the event.

The cancellation policy for the Teaching Kitchen at Ginger and Baker allows for a full refund within 24 hours of a purchase and a partial refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled class. Once within 48 hours of your class, we no longer can offer refunds for cancellations, but can happily transfer your registration to a friend or family member designated by you to attend in your place.
