Join author and bartender Bryan Paiement in the Wine Cellar for a fun evening shaking up Cuban cocktails!

Author of three cocktail books and a team member here at Ginger and Baker, Bryan will lead the class in exploring the history and mixology behind several classic Cuban cocktails.  You’ll create each of these cocktails and enjoy small bites created by our culinary team to complement each drink:

What We’re Making/Sampling:

  • Berry Mojito – fresh berries add a fresh twist to this classic Cuban combo of mint and rum. Paired with Enchilado de Camarones.
  • Hemingway Daiquiri – fruit juices and rum come together in one of Ernest’s favorite libations. Paired with mini Cubano sandwiches.
  • Hotel Nacional – aged rum, apricot liqueur, fruit juices and a tropical pineapple garnish puts you right at this historic hotel’s patio bar overlooking the sea. Paired with Coconut Cream Pie Bites.

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction from Bryan Paiement
  • Enjoy your cocktails and small bites during class.
  • A take-home recipe packet with all the cocktails recipes from class.

Please purchase one ticket for each person attending. Must be 21+
