Cheesemaking: Mozzarella and Ricotta

Bring a  friend or make new friends here in the Teaching Kitchen as we spend the morning learning to make homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheese!  

What We’re Cooking:

  • Homemade Mozzarella
  • Homemade Ricotta

Take-Aways:

  • Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
  • A recipe packet for cheesemaking at home
  • Enjoy a light meal of spreads, fruits, breads, and more designed to complement the freshly made cheeses.
