Brewers’ Brunch

Join us for a special brunch celebrating the launch of our culinary collaboration  with Troubadour Malting, Black Bottle Brewery and Bindle Coffee

It’s Father’s Day, so bring a dad, or bring your friends! The brunch starts off with a pour of Cerealiously Brewers Breakfast Stout – made by Black Bottle Brewery using our Brewer’s Breakfast cereal as a base.

Then, try the cereal! Brewer’s Breakfast Cereal, an energy-packed combo of Troubadour Maltings malt barley and Bindle Coffee’s dark roast, plus oats, almonds, maple syrup and puffed rice.

Next up, toasty, chewy Troubadour Malt Sourdough in French Toast (and bacon!), then as the base for a savory tartine with farm-fresh eggs. Finish up with a vanilla malt ice cream sundae or affogato.

Folks from Troubadour, Black Bottle, Bindle and our Bakery will be on hand to answer any questions about all this deliciousness. Breakfast lovers of all ages are welcome, with a special kids menu option and ticket cost for those under 12. (Must be 21+ with ID to enjoy the beer.) Ticket prices include all taxes and gratuities.

 Welcome – Cerealiously Brewers Breakfast Stout and/or a cup of our house blend coffee from Bindle Coffee

First Course – Brewer’s Breakfast Cereal with almond milk

Second Course – French Toast with Troubadour Malt Sourdough, maple syrup and bacon

Third Course – Savory Tartine with Troubadour Sourdough, poached Jodar Farms egg, caramelized leeks, chèvre

Fourth course – Brewers Sundae with Troubadour malted vanilla ice cream, cereal streusel, bananas and maple caramel

 Malt Ice cream Affogato with our malted vanilla ice cream and a Bindle espresso pour
