This reception-style spin on Ginger and Baker’s wine pairing dinners offers guests a chance to mingle and learn from local Chandon representatives, Ginger and Baker chefs and our Beverage Director, Alex Ettinger. Enjoy tapas showcasing Colorado’s best birds – chicken, duck, quail and turkey – paired with a beautiful Chandon Brut or Rosé pour, two glasses per guest.
